Recommendations and Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster sessions
Monday, August 2, 6.00-8.00 pm
Thursday, August 5, 6.00-8.00 pm

Location
The poster exhibition will take place on level 0 in the Congress Center Leipzig (multi-purpose area 1/2 and 3/4).

Poster size
Posters should be in vertical format (DIN A0, height: 118 cm; width: 84 cm).

Mounting and Dismounting of Posters
The poster boards will be marked with numbers referring to those stated in the program and in the book of abstracts.

Monday evening session: Please mount your poster as early as possible from Sunday, August 1, 2.00 pm. Posters must be removed before Tuesday, August 3, 7.00 pm.

Thursday evening session: Please mount your poster as early as possible from Wednesday, August 4, 8.00 am. Posters must be removed before Friday, August 6, 6.00 pm.

Make sure to remove all poster materials from the board. The meeting staff will remove posters not taken down by Friday, August 6, and the meeting organizers cannot take any further responsibility for the material.

Materials for putting up the posters will be provided.

Each poster was assigned a poster number. This number can  be found in the program booklet, the abstract book, the proceedings CD  and last not least on the poster wall. Please click here for the poster number of your abstract.
